In Yummy Skewers, each turn consists of three clear phases: first you roll the white dice and create fruit combinations, then you tick off the hearts or bonus tokens you earned on your sheet, and finally you “buy” Yummy Skewer cards for the stars you collected. These cards bring permanent, one-time, or scoring effects that help you gain an advantage in later turns.
Downtime between turns is minimal: when the active player rolls crosses on the dice, the other players get involved too and can tick boxes on their own sheets and gain valuable bonus tokens.
