xTool Codey Rocky (Education version) is an interactive educational robot for teaching programming, combining fun with the development of logical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills. It lets you start with block-based programming and smoothly transition to Python, and works with the free mBlock app and software on common platforms including Android, iOS, Windows, macOS, Linux, and Chromebook.
The xTool Codey Rocky educational robot is designed so that children and beginners quickly understand the connection between commands in a program and what the robot actually does. Thanks to clear block-based programming, you can easily assemble commands into sequences and immediately see the results in practice. Once the user gains confidence, they can smoothly move on to programming in Python.
Learning is enriched by visual and audio feedback – the screen can display more than 30 emotions and animations, and the robot also offers more than 40 sound effects. Children can experiment, create the robot’s own behaviors, and quickly see and hear how their program works.
The robot was created with STEAM education in mind (connecting technology, creativity, and problem solving). The ABS plastic housing and design without sharp edges support safe everyday use for learning and play.
