How to (briefly): Straighten the canvas before you start (e.g., by weighting it down). Peel off the protective film only from the section you are currently working on so the adhesive layer does not dry out. Pick up the gems with the applicator using the dry glue and place them according to the symbols on the canvas. After finishing, gently press the gems down with a book or a flat surface.
