The Waves and Surf modeling compound is designed to create faithful sea-surface effects – from gentle ripples to pronounced surf along the shoreline. It is ideal for beach scenes (e.g. with surfers), coastal scenery, and dioramas with ships on the open sea.
The thick gel compound is applied directly from the jar onto the prepared water area using a small spatula or a toothpick. For higher waves (for example near the coast), the material can be shaped with a brush with stiff bristles. After a short setting time, a firmer layer forms on the surface, allowing you to further shape the waves into the desired form.
