Teifoc Sergio house is a creative building set that brings real masonry techniques in a child-friendly form. The mortar is mixed in a bowl, applied with a spoon to the bricks, and the individual rows are assembled according to one of the two included plans. The finished model can be viewed from all sides and, after completion, children can continue to play with it.
A major advantage is repeated building: after soaking the finished house for approximately 5–6 hours, the mortar dissolves, the bricks can be cleaned, left to dry, and used again. It is recommended to sort the pieces by shape before starting, build from the load-bearing base toward the details, and after finishing check the joints and stability.
