You can easily control the beetle using an infrared remote controller at a distance of approximately up to 8 meters. It responds to commands while driving on a flat surface and lets you steer the direction without direct contact with the toy.
The model has a light response – the glowing eyes highlight movement and increase the attractiveness of play, especially in the dark or in dim lighting.
